The funeral for Robards Roy Cheatham, 44, former jockey, will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Scottsburg, Ind. Cheatham, a native of Springfield, Ky., died at 9 a.m. Sunday at Silvercrest Hospital in New Albany. His best year was in 1928, when he rode more than 100 winners in Cuba. Survivors are his father, J.K. Cheatham; a sister, Mrs. Jessie Davis, and three brothers, Hyatt Cheatham, Donald Cheatham, and Jeff Cheatham.
