Mrs. Lettie Catherine Aurand died at her home in Birmingham Tuesday morning, December 18, 1945, at 3:20 o'clock following an illness of two years.
Mrs. Aurand was born at McVeytown, Pa., on March 16, 1866, the daughter of Franklin and Catherine (Quay) Kirk. On July 31, 1883, at McVeytown she was married to Joseph Aurand, who died a number of years ago.
She is survived by these children: Mrs. Daisy Bathurst, Samuel and Charles Aurand, Tyrone; Mrs. Hazel Robbins, Chester Aurand, Mill Creek; Mrs. Alice Houck, Bellefonte; Miss Anna Aurand, at home; also 18 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
She was a member of the Birmingham Methodist church.
Funeral plans have not been learned.
