Oliver Ormsby, Civil war veteran, whose funeral will take place Wednesday
The funeral services for Oliver Ormsby, the Civil war veteran, who died yesterday will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from his home in Taunton. Burial will be made in Oakwood cemetery. Mr. Ormsby was 75 years old and had lived in Onondaga county nearly all his life. He was a member of the Root post, G.A.R. He is survived by four children, Mrs. B.M. Gray of Schenectady, Mrs. J.M. Bigsby of Taunton and Chester and Marvin Ormsby. He also leaves one sister, Miss Georgianna Ormsby.
