Isabelle Moore was born in 1789 in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania. She was married to Thomas H. Drennen of Atrium County, Ireland. They had a family of seven Children five girls and two boys. One of their sons was Col. John Drennen the founder of Van Buren, Arkansas and was appointed by President Taylor as Superintendent of Indian Affairs for the Southwestern Superintendency.

She died on February 22, 1869 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at the age of 80.
