KNOXVILLE — Shirley Faye (Robinson) Adams, 74, died March 8, 2012 in her residence.

Born October 12, 1937 in Hazard, Kentucky and lived most of her life in this area. Retired from Service & Materials in Elwood.

Tim (Rebecca) Adams, brother and sisters, Herman (Bonnie) Robinson, Virgie (Ridley) Poore, Sharon (Rex) Green, Bobbie (Rick) Spaulding; three grandchildren, Ashley Brooke Adams, Missy Hillbourne and Matthew Burnam Adams; three great grandchildren, Cassie, Jordan and Zoey, several great nieces; and nephews; and special friend, Janet Wyrick.

Preceded in death by her parents, Burnam and Rosie (Potter) Robinson; and siblings, Wanda Lee Robinson, Wilma Dean Hooten, Arminta Robinson, Rosanna Whiteman, Harold Robinson and Cecil Robinson.

Celebration of Life Tuesday, March 13, 2012 in the Loose Community Room, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson, Indiana with Pastor Mark Diemer of First Church of the Nazarene in Alexandria officiating. Burial of cremains March 14, 2012 in East Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson.
