For the past 33 years, Vergie has been a member of the Alexandria Church of the Nazarene where she belonged to the Ambassador Sunday School Class. She enjoyed listening to live Bluegrass music and gospel hymns, quilting and watching TV game shows. Serving Jesus Christ as her personal Savior was what Vergie lived for. Mostly she enjoyed loving and caring for her family.
