Tony Lewis
Tony Lewis, 95, 302 Allen Ave., died at 9:30 p.m. at his home after a long illness.

He was a native of Italy and had been a resident of Shreveport for 40 years. He was a retired farmer and member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church and a member of the Progressive Men's Club.

He is survived by four sons, Joe, Tom, And Tony Lewis all of Shreveport and Ross Lewis of Kansas City, MO.; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Brewester and Mrs. Rosa Digilormo of Shreveport and Mrs. Josephine Digilormo of Kansas City, MO., 25 grandchildren, 25 Great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren; one brother Stanley Lewis of Shreveport and one sister, Mrs. Mary Cascio of Shreveport. Funeral arrangements, under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home are incomplete pending the arrival of out-of-town relatives.

Funeral Mass for Tony Lewis, 95, of 302 Allen Ave., who died Saturday after a long illness, will be said at 9 a.m. Monday in Holy Trinity Catholic Church with the Rt. Rev. John C. Vandegaer, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery under direction of Rose-Neath.

Mr. Lewis, a native of Italy, was a retired farmer.

Pallbearers will be Tony Papa, Tony Titone, T. R. Fulco, John Santore, Joe Ropollo and Guy Vinci.
