A rosary will be said at Rose-Neath Chapel Friday at 8 p.m.
Mr. Lewis died unexpectedly at his home near Haughton in Bossier Parish at 7 a.m. Thursday.
He was operator of the Tom Lewis Cafe at 712 Milam St., and had lived in the Haughton area about 18 years. A native of Patterson, he moved to Shreveport about 45 years ago, and was a veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Hazel Lewis, and one son, Anthony John Lewis, both of Haughton; two brothers, Joe Lewis of Shreveport and Ross Lewis of Kansas City Mo; and three sisters, Mrs. Rosie Digilormo and Mrs. Mary Brewster, both of Shreveport and Mrs. Josephine Digilormo of Kansas City, Missouri.
