Florence Stella "Estelle" Luce was daughter of James Root Luce and Esther M. Pooler Luce. After high school she went away to a teachers college and taught for 6 years.

Married at Ashland
Mr. Frank Teabeau of Milwaukee and Miss Stella Luce of Stevens Point were married at Ashland, November 5, 1887 Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m. at the residence of Mrs. Rathe on Prentess Avenue. Immediately after the ceremony they took the evening train for Milwaukee, accompanied by his mother, to their place of residence. Mr. Frank Teabeau is one of Milwaukee's most enterprising business young men, having been head clerk in one of the largest dry goods establishments there. He is at present traveling for Thurston, Russell and Co., but intends to start in the hotel business at St. Paul. The start for St. Paul the first of next week. Miss Estella Luce is a daughter of J. R. Luce of this city, went to Ashland four months ago to visit a married sister. She obtained a position to clerk in a store, and had been clerking until she married Mr. Teaubeau. She is well known here, as she has taught school for the past six years and has resided in Stevens Point all her life. Many friends hope for her a long and happy future.

She married a second time to Joseph C. Frost 30 Aug. 1893

Mrs. Stella Frost
Mrs. Stella Frost, Madison, daughter of J.R. Luce, pioneer resident of Stevens Point, died at the Madison General hospital recently. Mrs. Frost had been in poor health since the death in May of her husband, J.C. Frost, brother of Miss Carrie Frost, 418 Brawley street, and was a patient at the hospital the past month.
Mrs. Frost, whose maiden name was Stella Luce, was born in Stevens Point and attended the White School. She is survived by two brothers, Henry Luce, Bellingham, Washington, and Herbert Luce, Everett, Washington. Miss Frost attended the funeral in Madison.
