Funeral services for Frank R. Baker, 92, of Wila, who died Sept. 2 were held Sept. 6 at the funeral home on Walnut street, Newport.
The Rev. Paul Miller, pastor of Ringtown Evangelical United Brethren Church, officiated. Burial was in Newport Cemetery.
Mr. Baker, familiarly known as "Doc", was the father of Herb M. Baker, recorder of deeds of New Bloomfield, and grandfather of a former assemblyman, T. Luke Toomey, of Wila.
He is survived by his wife, Nora E., 89, New Bloomfield; and besides the son, Herbert, a son C. Allen and daughter, Mrs. Vera E. Toomey, of Wila; 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren.
