Mrs. Phoebe Beachley of Beachdale, widow of the late Peter Beachley, died on Tuesday afternoon. She was aged 88 years and had been for many years a member of the Church of the Brethren. She is survived by the following children: John, Noah, and Ira of Beechdale and Oran of Somerset Township.

BROTHER AND SISTER
David Cover of Brothersvalley Township died on Saturday evening. He retired in the evening, not feeling well and when his wife went to retire later she found him dead. He was aged 78 years. For many years he had been a member of the Church of the Brethren. He was married three times and is survived by his widow and several children. Due to the deep snow drifts, interment was not made until Wednesday when his remains were laid in the cemetery on the old home farm. Mrs. Phoebe Beachly, of Beechdale, died about a week earlier. She was aged 87 years, 7 months and 27 days. She was a member of the Church of the Brethren and was buried in the cemetery of the Beechdale farm. The above were brother and sister of out townsman, P. J. Cover and due to the precarious condition of his health and the condition of the roads he was unable to attend either funeral.
