Mildred Agnes DeBoy Ade, 62, died unexpectedly at 6 AM Wednesday (Jan. 29, 1969) in her Lafayette home. Born in Perry Township, Tippecanoe County, she was reared there graduating from Monitor High School. She was married Sept. 24, 1932, at Otterbein, to Carl G. Ade, who survives.
Mrs. Ade, who moved to Lafayette in 1932, was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church where she was active in the Altar Guild, the Women's Guild, and the Ladies Aid and was an officer in all three organizations.
Surviving with her husband are three sons, Wayne E. Ade, Donald L. Ade, both at home, and Larry F. Ade of Lafayette; one daughter, Mrs. Kermit Younker of Lafayette; one sister, Mrs. Lewis W. (Bill) Jones of Lafayette; one brother, Earl DeBoy of Dr. 4, Lafayette; and four grandchildren.
