William L. Boggs,77 died of heart trouble at his home in Decatur. His life was devoted to to farming. The family moved to Macon county about 30 years ago and resided near Elwin and Boody until his retirement 10 years ago. He was a member of the First Methodist church.
He was born in Marion county,Oct. 27,1858. He leaves his wife and sons, Edgar,of near Macon , J. C. of Decatur.
Brief funeral services will be Friday at Dawsons,also a service will be held at Fairview church near Centralia with burial in a nearby cemetery.
