Mr. Edwin M. ("Curly") Jungman, of Castroville, Texas, passed away Sunday, October 19, 1969, due to diabetic complications. He was 79 years of age. Mr. Jungman, born August 14, 1890, was the son of Alvina A. Naegelin Jungman and Louis M. Jungman.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Schneider Jungman of Castroville; one daughter, Lucille Jungman Rihn of Devine; three sons: Claude Jungman of Hebbronville; Alvia Jungman of Abilene; and Walter Jungman of Devine; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Rosary was recited in the Chapel of Tondre Funeral Home in Castroville. Requiem Mass was celebrated in St. Louis Catholic Church in Castroville. Interment was in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Devine, Texas.
