She attended Bartlesville Business College and began work at Phillips Petroleum Company in 1950 in the Engineering and Research and Development Departments, retiring after 34 years. She was a member of the Desk and Derrick Club and Jane Phillips Sorority. She was a member of Hillside Christian Church in Nowata, where she served many years as the Sunday School Secretary, and later of East Bartlesville Christian Church where she was active. Mrs. Paige was past president of the Nowata American Legion and State American Legion Chaplain. She loved Nature and could catch crappie when no one else got a bite. She loved to garden, can fruits and vegetables and dance.
Mrs. Paige is survived by one daughter and her husband, Nancy and James Keller of Grove, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Teri Emory and R.E. Hallett and wife Rebecca; five great grandchildren, Noah Emory, Coby Emory and wife Kristy, Chezney Thompson, Mark Hallett and Caitlyn Hallett. She is also survived by two step grandchildren, Randy Keller and wife Jeanna, Christy Kelley and husband Stephen; and six step great grandchildren.
