He was born March 6, 1936, in Rockford to Rev. Garrison and Jocie (Archer) Roebuck.
On Feb. 8, 1958, he married Jane Figley, who survives in Cridersville.
Other survivors are a son and his wife, Mike and Rita of Lima; a daughter and her husband, Cindy and Glen Steinke, Columbus; two brothers and their wives, Lamar and Sally of Lima, and Forest and Marlene of Rockford; a sister and her husband, Lois and Charles Abram, and a sister, Lucille Douce, all of Columbus; a sister-in-law, Ruby of Mendon; five grandchildren and two stepgrandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Lee, and a grandson.
He was a retired Pepsi route driver and was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was a member of Westview United Methodist Church, Cridersville.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville, the Revs. Richard Thomas and Rick Adams officiating.
Burial is at Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima.
