Cayne was preceded in death by her grandparents, Andy and Jeannie Miceli of Gulf Shores, Al and Earl and Winnie Cain of Fairhope.
She is survived by her mother Elouise Miceli of Fairhope; father Mike Miceli (Claudia) of Gulf Shores; sisters Cristy Richmond (Dallas) of Fairhope and Sophia Abbott (Chris) of Woodbury, Minn; nieces and nephew, Caroline Richmond, Julia Richmond, Shelby Richmond and Dallas Richmond II. Cayne was loved by many aunts, uncles and cousins and will be dearly missed by countless friends.
Cayne graduated second in her class from Foley High School in 1983. She attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL on a full scholarship. She also attended PJC in Pensacola, FL and the University of New Orleans in New Orleans, LA.
Cayne was a beautiful, intelligent, talented woman who touched many lives. She was a community activist concerned with the environment and the rebuilding of New Orleans. She loved music and always found the beauty in her surroundings.
Cayne was a lovely, delicate flower who will live in her loved ones hearts forever.
Memorial services were held in Gulf Shores, January 24, 2009, at Our Lady of the Gulf Church. There were also memorial services in Pensacola and New Orleans.
