OBITUARY FOR ARTHUSIA BOGGS BROOKS - Mrs. William Brooks died of hemorrhage at Kansas City. The body of Mrs. Brooks arrived Wed. Tuesday afternoon Albert Boggs received a telegram from Kansas City conveying the sad news that his daughter Mrs. Arthasia Brooks had died suddenly of hemorrhage. The message was from the husband, William Brooks, and gave no details as to the character or cause of the hemorrhage. The deceased was born in Michigan township, June 29, 1887, and came to this city with her parents when quite young. She was married to William Brooks, November 3, 1906 at the home of her parents in this city. A few weeks ago when her health began failing, her husband took her to Kansas City in the hope of benefiting her health. Mrs. Brooks is survived by her husband, her parents, one sister, Miss Bernice, and three brothers, Judge of Michigantown, Perry of Indianapolis and Willard at home. Funeral was held Friday.
