Mr. Reinkens had been blind for ten years, but had been in good health up to about three weeks prior to his death, when he developed an infection in his foot. His death, however, was due to his advanced age.
Surviving children include Louis R., Mossy Rock; Bernard, Pasco; Ernest, Gold Hill, Ore; Tony, Montesano; Jacob, Satsop; Mrs. Mary Larson, Mrs. Edward Valentine, Mrs. Parker Askew and Mrs Harry Carter, Montesano; and Mrs. I.O.
