Richard Leo Stockmaster, 76, of Roswell, NM and formerly of Walbridge, Oh died Monday, November 15, 1999 in Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. Mr. Stockmaster was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 22, 1923 to Anthony and Frances (Fitzer) Stockmaster. He was employed as a millwright and mechanic for 35 years, working for Libbey Owens Ford and the Auto Glass Co. Richard had served his country during WWII in the U. S. Marines.
He is survived by his ex-wife, Lillian Davenport of Sun City West, AZ; daughters, Vickie (Michael) Fyffe of Glendale, AZ, Debbie Steel of Lake Orion, Mi, Lori (Timothy) Thurman of Roswell, NM;. Brother, Jim Stockmaster of Toledo, OH; sisters, Rita Ruhl and Teresa Parkos of Toledo, Oh, and five grandchildren.
Friends will be received in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St., Walbridge (666-3121) on Thursday from 2-9 PM Graveside services will be held on Friday, November 19, 1999 in Lake Township Cemetery at 11 AM.
