Proof comes from a news item in The Lake Shore News (Wolcott, NY) dated January 15, 1924 in an article pertaining to her son, Stillman Johnson Grandy. It states "Mr. Grandy's mother was a Johnson, sister of the late Ansel Johnson, who was the father of the late Calvin B. Johnson of the Richardson's Corners neighborhood."
