Audrey Clara Jones married William Edwin Fowler on 19 November 1919 at Oran, Texas. The couple moved to Graham in 1928 from Mineral Wells.

William E. Fowler, 87, was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survived by his wife; one son - Merwin Fowler; three daughters - Jealeta Maddux, Hazel Soltswisch, Wanda Gage; one sister - Minnie Belle Hudman; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
