Miss Zelpha Burris, 16 years of age died this morning at the Burris home in Sulphur City, near West Fork. Death resulted from typhoid fever. Her sister Zella is critically ill with typhoid and may not live.
Surviving are the parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Henry L. Burris, five sisters, Zella, Elpha Vorenda, Hazel Burris, and Mrs. Stella Hale, all of Sulphur City, and four brothers, Teddy, Howard, Hulett, and Hubert Burris, also all of Sulphur City.
