FORT WORTH - Jack H. Andrews, a truck driver for Rio Grande Distributors, died Tuesday at his Fort Worth home. He was 51.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Laurel Land Funeral Home in Fort Worth. Burial will be in Laurel Land Memorial Park.
Mr. Andrews was born in Tuscumbia, Ala., and moved to Fort Worth in 1971.
Survivors: Wife, Laura Andrews of Fort Worth; son, Jason Andrews of Fort Worth; daughter, Tracy Dauzat of Fort Worth; two stepsons, Michael Thomas and Henry Manning, both of Fort Worth; two stepdaughters, Mona Andrews and Debra Byard, both of Fort Worth; mother, Grace Andrews of Alabama; four brothers, Kenneth Andrews, Paul Andrews, Bob Andrews and Charlie Andrews, all of Alabama; three sisters, Linda Keeton, Talma Hand and Mary Hellums, all of Alabama; and three grandchildren.
