Charles D. "Andy" Andrews, 47, of 2079 Fisher St., died Wednesday at his residence.
Burial was to be in the Old Rescue Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Fay Andrews; two sons, Michael W. Wilkenson and Charles D. Andrews Jr., both of Huntsville; a daughter, Charlene F. Andrews of Lacey's Spring; his mother, Grace Andrews of Florence; three brothers, Bob Andrews of Tuscumbia, Kenneth Andrews of Russellville and Paul Andrews of Florence; and three sisters, Mary J. Hellums of Russellville and Thelma Hand and Linda Ketton, both of Florence.
