Edna Roehrborn

Edna Roehrborn, 90, of R.R. 2, Elkhart Lake, died Tuesday evening, at Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center.

Edna Bramstedt was born March 12, 1898 in the Town of Herman, a daughter of the late Henry and Auguste Grunwald Bramstedt. Edna attended Trinity Lutheran School. On October 29, 1918 Edna Bramstedt married Edwin Roehrborn at Trinity Lutheran Church, in Howards Grove. Edwin preceded her in death on June 27, 1985.

Together, Edwin and Edna farmed on the Roehrborn Homestead, retiring from farming in 1958. In 1986, she moved from the farm to live with her daughter. She was a life member of Trinity Lutheran Church, in Howards Grove and a charter member of the Trinity Ladies Aid.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, in Howards Grove, the Rev. Edwin C. Bek, officiating. Burial will be in Trinity Church Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Zimmer Funeral Home, in Howards Grove, on Friday, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and at the church on Saturday, from noon until time of services.

Survivors of Edna Roehrborn include one daughter, Mrs. Flora Meyer, of R.R. 2, Elkhart Lake; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Gloriette Roehrborn, of R.R. 1, Cleveland; one cousin, Mrs. Olga Vreeke, of Sheboygan; five grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
A memorial fund has been established in Mrs. Roehrborn's name to Trinity Lutheran Church.
