June M. Rein, 83, of Bear River, died Sunday April 27, 2003, at St. Lukes Hospital in Duluth. She was born Jan. 25, 1920, in Chicago, to George and Alice (Charvet) Haury.
She was a 1937 graduate of Morton Sterling High School in Berwyn Ill. She married Howard R. Rein on June 21, 1941. She was a homemaker and a longtime Bear River resident. She was a member of the Bear River Lutheran Church and the ALCW.
She is survived by her children: Howard (Vicki), Cheryl (Leonard) Lokken, Christine (Dennis) Moberg; grandchildren: Roxanne, Elizabeth, Leanne, Carrie, Travis, Jessica, Kaia, Kirsa, Kelyn, Sarah and Rachel; six great-grandchildren; sister, Grace Rein; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and sisters-in-law.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard in 1977; daughters: Merideth Krier in August 2002, and Rebecca Dahlberg in February 2003.
Burial in the Morcom Cemetery in Bear River.
