Waxahachie, Texas -- Funeral services for John Allen Morris, 85, retired farmer in Mountain Peak, Ellis County, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Waxahachie's Boaz-Mitchell Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Mountain Peak Cemetery.
Mr. Morris died Wednesday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. N. L. Bryan, in Fort Worth. A native of Tennessee, he had lived in Mountain Peak most of his life. He was a member of the Midlothian Masonic Lodge.
