Mrs. Cleo Jensen Bishop, 42, died in a Payson hospital Monday October 1, 1956, of a heart ailment. She was born January 5, 1914, in Elsinore, Sevier County, Utah to Christian C and Jennie Madsen/Nielsen Jensen. She was educated in Elsinore, Utah, and Spanish Fork, Utah. She married Lowell Gayle Bishop January 1944 in Ely, Nevada, and lived in Provo until 1947, then moved to Spanish Fork, Utah. She was a member of the Church of JesusChrist of Latter-Day Saints. She is survived by her husband, Gayle Bishop and sons Terry Bishop, Douglas Bishop and Michael Bishop and daughters: Joy Bishop, Judy Bishop and Ginger Bishop all of Spanish Fork, Utah; Mrs.
Vern (Francis) Myers, LaHarbora California; sisters, Mrs. Erma Christensen, Payson Utah, Mrs. Christie Fitzgerald, Orem, Utah, brothers; William J, Provo, Utah, Ned Jensen, Salt Lake City, Utah and Willard Jensen, Provo, Utah; and her mother Jennie Jensen, Provo, Utah. Another brother Bert Jensen, preceded her in death. Funeral services will be Friday, October 5, 1956 at 2:00 p.m. in the Spanish Fork Fourth-Seventh Ward Chapel. Friends may call atthe Claudin Funeral Home on Thursday 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday prior to services. Burial will be at the Provo City Cemetery.
