Ernest L. Carlson, age 70, of Ferndale, passed away November 5, 2005. He was born on February 2, 1935, to David and Esther Carlson. Ernest graduated from Ferndale High School then served in the US Army.
He married Joan Beatty on October 6, 1971, who preceded him in death in 2000. He was also preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and two sisters.
Ernest worked as a mechanic and had a great love of tinkering with small engines.
Ernest is survived by stepsons John Beatty, Zane (Kim) Beatty; brother Lowell (Anne) Carlson; sister Joy (Benny) Rodriguez and numerous nieces and nephews.
At his request there will be no services The family would like to thank the staff at St. Francis Extended Car for their tender care. Arrangements by Jerns Funeral Chapel
