Rosalie Bellingar, age 79, of Ferndale passed away Tues., March 19, 2002 in Bellingham. Born Nov 9, 1922 in Kennewick, WA to David & Esther (Clark) Carlson.

She became a Whatcom County resident in 1924 and attended Ferndale High School. On June 28, 1941 in Coupeville, WA she married Acel Bellingar and enjoyed being a homemaker and raising their family. Hobbies included: playing Bingo, ceramics, visiting friends & family, cooking, baking, sewing, and taking short trips.

Friends & family always affectionately referred to her as: Rose, Rosie & Bunny. She will be remembered as a very kind and gentle person. Her door was always open to friends & family.

Preceding her in death was: her husband in 1973 her parents one sister and three brothers. Survivors: sons: Gary & (Diane) of Deming, Jim & (Cindy), Bill and Dell all of Ferndale grandsons: Deven Bellingar & Joel Nielson granddaughters: Deanna Spangler & Darci Bellingar great-grandchildren: Nicholas Spangler, Joshua, Zachary & Marissa Nielson sister, Joy Rodriquez brothers: Gerald, Ernie & Lowell Carlson and numerous nieces & nephews.

Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice. A graveside service will be Monday, March 25, 1:00PM, at Enterprise Cemetery, 7041 Vista Dr., Ferndale.
