Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Grace Lutheran Church for Clarence O. Rorem, 54. He died Thursday in a local hospital.
Born at Larchwood, Iowa, on September 14, 1911, Mrs. Rorem, a farmer, lived in the Canton-Inwood area and briefly in Omaha before moving to Sioux Falls in 1963. He married Anna Hansen in Elk Point on July 1, 1935.
Survivors are his widow; a daughter; two grandchildren; five sisters, Mrs. Horace Johnson, Mrs. Floyd Gisselbeck, Mrs. Harry Grotewold, Mrs. Roscoe Abbott and Mrs. Wynze Duimstra, and a brother Ole Rorem.
