BOLIVIA, NC -- Ella Elizabeth "Betty" Clemmons, 83, passed peacefully Tuesday morning, November 15, 2011. Mrs. Clemmons was the daughter of the late Lucy Clemmons and David DeVore Wigner. Betty is also preceded by her husband, Willie Clemmons. She was a longtime member of Supply Baptist Church, and enjoyed a true passion for gardening.
Mrs. Clemmons is survived by her son; William Scott Clemmons and wife Jennifer, her daughter; Jane C. Faulk and husband Larry, all of Bolivia, a sister; Louise Boswell of Wilmington, grandchildren; Angela Faulk Davis and husband Robert, Blair Elizabeth Clemmons, and great grandchildren; Lauryn Davis Zepeda and husband Adrian, and Jacob Davis.
The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the staff of Autumn Care of Shallotte for their care, love, and devotion to our mom for the past seven years.
The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 pm, Wednesday, November 16, 2011, at Coble Ward-Smith Supply Chapel. Funeral services will be held 11:00am, Thursday, November 17, 2011, at Supply Baptist Church with interment to follow at Prospect Cemetery in Supply, NC.
