W. Marshall Durst, 89, of Grantsville, died Sept. 2, 1975, in Meyersdale Community Hospital. A native of New Germany, he was a son of the late Augustus and Nancy (McKenzie) Durst. He and his wife, the former Della Broadwater, who survives, had been married 68 years.
He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist church.
Also surviving are a son, M. Harold Durst, Grantsville; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Delbert Durst, Grantsville; and George Durst, Flintstone, Md.
Funeral service was conducted Friday afternoon in Newman Funeral Home with Mrs. Sadie Triplett officiating. Interment, Grantsville Cemetery.
