Our beloved Alene, age 69, died May 10, 1991 in a local hospital after waging a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born July 5, 1921 to Clarence Henry Kofoed and Grace Amelia Baird in Weston, Idaho. She married Clarence S. Dobbs January 3, 1940 in Blackfoot, Idaho; he preceded her in death December 25, 1973. She married Jay D. Homrighouse of Salt Lake City on January 16, 1982. She was a a very loving, caring gracious lady devoting her entire life to her to her family. She was so very proud of her children and grandchildren, always supporting them in all their endeavors.

She is survived by her husband, Jay D. Homrighouse of West Valley City; daughters, Mrs. Dick (Janet ) Orr, West Jordan; Sheriff and Mrs. Aaron (Sandra) Kennard, West Valley City; Mrs. Clayton (Kim) Hammons, Westport, Wash.; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 14, 1991, at Redwood Memorial Estates Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road. Burial, Redwood Memorial Estates.
