Mrs. D.C. McFarland, of near Montpelier, died this week. She leaves a husband, one son and daughter, and many friends who will feel her loss. She was a life long member of the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Another good woman has gone to her reward.
(She died of typhoid fever.)
