David C. Baker died at his home at 328 South Locust street, Hagerstown, Thursday morning of complications, aged 61 years. He was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran church, Red Men of Leitersburg, and American Association of Machinist. He was born and reared at Mason and Dixon. Besides his widow, Mrs. Margaret Baker, the following survive, children Mrs. William H. Rohrer, Hagerstown, Walter D., Baltimore, Harry S., Hagerstown; two brothers, Walter R., of Downsville, and Frank L., Hagerstown, sisters, Mrs. Anna Baker, of Hanover, Mrs. Milford Burger, near Reid and Mrs. Ida Miner, Marsh pike and seven grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon, leaving his late home at 2 o'clock, with services in the Lutheran church at Leitersburg at 2:30 o'clock with Rev. Dr. J. W. Ott, officiating. Burial will be in the cemetery adjoining.
