She was born Feb. 5, 1882, at Kauffman's Station, daughter of the late David and Catherine Eavey Baker. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Greencastle and the ladies auxiliary
of the Rescue Hose Company, being the oldest, active member of the latter unit.
Mrs. Burger is survived by two children, Wilbur Burger, of Greencastle and Mrs. Charles Gayman of Greencastle, Route 3, as well as six grandchildren and a brother, Frank Baker, of Hagerstown.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Minnich Funeral Home in Greencastle, in charge of Rev. LutherG. Heist. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Greencastle.
