From The Reading Eagle, June 4, 1974:

Woodrow W. Angstadt, 60, of Shamrock, Mertztown R.D. 2, died Monday night in his residence.

Born in Rockland Township, a son of the late Robert S. and Emmaline G. (Graceley) Angstadt, he was a member of the Lutheran congregation of New Jerusalem Union Church.

Surviving are a sister, Eva, wife of Russell Nester, with whom he resided, and two brothers, Harold, at home, and Ernest, Topton.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. in the Schofer Funeral Home, Topton, the Rev. Charles T. Herman, officiating. Burial will be made in New Jerusalem Cemetery.
