Catharine Louise Schaaf was born 10 Nov 1911 in Trenton, NJ to Benjamin F. Schaaf, Jr. and Mary Trouts Schaaf. She attended New Jersey State Teachers College and State Normal School at Trenton and graduated with a teaching certificate in 1932. During her first teaching job she met Edward A. Andrews. Ed and Louise were married in Point Pleasant, Bucks, PA on 24 Jun 1936. They moved to Inwood, Nassau, NY where both obtained new teaching positions. In 1939 they had a daughter, Janice Eileen and in 1945 they had a son, Wayne Edward. In 1972 Ed retired and they relocated to Monroe, North Carolina. In 1982 they moved to DeLand, FL where Janice and her husband Peter LaRosa lived. Louise died on 29 May 1999.
