Died at Veteran's Hospital at 1:30 PM. His death was unexpected since he had improved greatly and had been out and about after a two year's illness.
Had been in the Eleventh Regiment, United States Marines, during the World War, serving overseas. He was a member of Garrett Cochran Post #1 American Legion, and Lycoming Presbyterian Church.
Survived by wife Louise Bubb Good, and daughter Jane B Good and brothers and sisters James Good, Michigan, Ira C, California, John N, Wilmerding, Mrs Frank Wilson and Mrs Glen Moore, Syracuse, Mrs Ed Harlan, Larry's Creek, Mrs Alvin Reed, Lloyd, Edward, William and Harold, all of this city. Funeral at the home at 2:30 September 8. The Rev Ray J Houser of St Mark's Lutheran Church will officiate.
