Mrs. Lucy Gilmore 51, wife of Leonard Gilmore, died at her home in Darbyville Monday, 19 November 1945.
She was born in Salyersville, KY. Apr. 2, 1894, the daughter of David and Victoria Allen Brown.
Her mother preceded her in death three weeks ago.
She was married to Mr. Gilmore April 8, 1910.
Besides her husband, she is survived by one son,
Harold Gilmore of Darby Twp.;
one daughter, Mrs. Grace Powell of Darbyville,
one brother George Brown of Salyersville, KY.
three sisters, Mrs. Ellen Watson of McGuffy, (Magoffin County KY) Mrs. Hattie Smith, East Main St. Circleville, Mrs. Susie England of Salyersville,
and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 PM at the Methodist Church in Darbyville, the Reverend R. S. Myer attending.
Friends may call at the residence.
Burial will be in Darbyville Cemetery by the Hill Funeral Home.
