Mrs. Carrie W. Mather, 87, of 2212 Woodland Court, died at 8:15 a.m. Monday at Floyd County Memorial Hospital.
She was a native and former resident of New Albany.
Suvivors include two sons, William H. Mather, Jeffersonville, and Howard M. Mather, New Albany; four daughters, Mrs.Sanford Aldridge, Jeffersonivlle, Mrs.Arthur Jerrell and Mrs. Robert Anthis, both of New Albany, and Mrs. Wendell Dilley, Martinsville; 15 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
