Vida Charlene is the second daughter born to Franklin Francis and Berta (Huddleston) Francis.
She married Adrian Parent 05/Aug/1939 in West Plains, MO.
She is the mother of Shirley Ann, Joyce Lee, and Kathie Arlene.
Charlene spent most of her life doing genealogy, collecting pictures, paper clippings, wedding announcements and funeral flyers.
She dearly loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
