Mr. Willie Johnson, age 67, passed away at Berwyn, Ill. on Wednesday, July 11, 1962. Mr. Johnson was enroute to Chicago to visit a daughter when he suffered the attack. He was a retired farmer.
Funeral services were held from Hartman Funeral Chapel Saturday afternoon at 4:00 o'clock. Interment was in the Johnson cemetery.*
He is survived by his wife and five daughters, Mrs. Ruel Thornton and Mrs. Howell Luper of Crystal Springs, Mrs. Chester Warren of Jackson, Mrs. Albert Kenney of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Mrs. Jim McManus of Chicago, Ill. Three sisters, Mrs. Lola Patterson and Mrs. Alma Broadwater of Jackson, and Mrs. Mary Jane Phillips of Crystal Springs.
