Arnold Carlson, age 88, of Plano passed away November 17, 2010 at Valley West Community Hospital. He was born on the farm in Plano on December 26, 1921 to the late Carl and Anna Carlson. He married Catherine Dell on February 20, 1944 in Plano, they were married almost 67 years. He was a farmer all of his life in Plano and was of the Lutheran faith. He is survived by his loving wife Catherine of Plano, his children; Patricia Regan of Bethel, MN., Robert (Linda) Carlson of Plano and Tommy (Karin) Carlson of Sandwich, 2 sisters Ruth Carlson of Plano and Doris Ginger of Sandwich. Seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Emma Carlson; 5 brothers, Carl H., Oscar, Arthur, Russell and Clarence; a son-in-law Jim Regan. Services were held Monday, November 22, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Beverage Family Funeral Home in Sandwich. Visitation was held 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
