Funeral services for Levie Jewell Bennett will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Bryson Baptist Church. Rev. John Sullens officiating. Burial will be at Rock Creek Cemetery.
Mrs. Bennett was born December 18, 1902 in Jack Co. the daughter of Sam L. and Martha E. Baker. She married W.F. Bennett, August 20, 1918, in Jack Co. He passed away January 1968. Mrs. Bennett died August 27, at Olney.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Roy Wood, Graham; 3 sons, Sammuel D. Bennett, Fort Worth; W.S. Bennett, Bryson; and Jimmy K. Bennett, Fort Worth; 8 grandchildren; 3 sisters, Mrs. Maudell Bennett, Bryson; Mrs. Dovie Young, Megargel; Mrs. Beulah Phillip, Seminole; 3 brothers, Howard Baker, Fort Worth; Lewis and S.L. Baker of Jacksboro.

Levie died 8-27-1968 and is buried beside her husband in Rock Creek Cemetery very near the home where they raised their family.
