Graveside services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday, July 18, 2008, at South End Cemetery in Bamberg.
Mrs. Croft was born in Jasper County, a daughter of the late Walter Douglas Cooler and Naomi Ruth Hodge Cooler. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and a lifelong resident of the community.
She was preceded in death by a son, Tony Still; three brothers, Alvin Cooler, Brad Cooler and Warren Cooler; and two sisters, Ann Vaughn and Marie Luminello.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Franklin Croft; two sons, Michael Still of Bamberg and Jeffery Still of Smoaks; a daughter, Tammy Young of Wagner; three brothers, Harmon "Buck" Cooler of Bamberg, George Cooler of McClenney, Fla., and James Cooler of Opp., Ala.; four sisters, Carrie B. Carroll of Norway, and Nettie Ruth Carrigg, Eula Mae Garrick and Essie Lee Williams, all of Jacksonville, Fla.; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
The Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Ott Funeral Home in Branchville.
