"Fred C. Keithley, 76, father of Miss Irene Keithley of Chillicothe, died suddenly at 1 a.m. today at his home in Linneus. He had not been well for a number of years.

Mr. Keithley was a brother-in-law of Mrs. Rose Watkins of this city.

Survivors include his wife of the home; three daughters, Miss Keithley of Chillicothe; Mrs. Crede Boyles of Purdin and Mrs. David Ogle of Linneus; two sons, Joseph Keithley of Sprague, Wash., and Woodrow Keithley of Purdin; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild; one sister and several brothers."
