Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Warren funeral chapel. Rev. J. E. Wolfe officiated. Burial was in Mt. Hope.
Mr. Sullivan was reared and educated in Williamson County. His parents were Rev. Jim Sullivan and Fannie Riles Sullivan. He was Williamson County farmer and also worked several years at Avco Co., Nashville.
Survived by wife, Mrs. Pheby Pewitt Sullivan; daughters, Mrs. Lewis Lankford, Mrs. Allen B. Cathey and Miss Fannie Sullivan, all of Franklin; son, Clarence Sullivan of Nashville; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Ed Anglin of Franklin; brothers, John
Sullivan of Greenbriar community, and O. K. Sullivan of Craigfield community. Honorary pallbearers: Hal Peoples Bible Class of the First Methodist Church; Thomas Felix, Ben and Harold Pewitt, John Jones, Jess and Owen Pewitt, Elbert Heithcock and Ed Woodard.
